Fiesta Days has moved to Labor day weekend, September 2nd-6th, 2021

All concessionaires, outdoor exhibitors, and vendors are responsible for knowing the abiding by the rules of Vacaville Fiesta Days. Participation requires a complete application and payment. Applications require a signature from an authorized member of the club, business or organization.

Thursday 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Friday 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Saturday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

Sunday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

Monday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Booth Prices are for a 4-day space.

10′ x 10′ space $700

10′ x 15′ space $800

10′ x 20′ space $1000

10′ x 13′ space $1200


Rules and Conditions


Application and full payment due by August 15th, 2021! Spaces are assigned based on date of postmark.

Late application fee $50.00 if postmarked or received between August 16th - 30th

Late applications accepted with a cashiers check only, no personal checks.

No applications will be accepted after August 15th, 2021

Application confirmations will be mailed between July 30th - August 5th


Fiesta Day Details

Vendors must open and be at their booth at least 30 minutes to the start of the event listed above for each day.

Fiesta Days will not be cancelled due to rain.

Space changes will not be made.

Vacaville Fiesta Days reserves the right to limit the sale of crafts or merchandise. The sale or dispose of knives, firearms, fireworks, or any item deemed by the craft Vendor director as inherently dangerous or public nuisance are prohibited.

Electricity is provided, but limited. Vendors may provide their own “quite” generator and are responsible for its maintenance.

Security will patrol from the hours of operations by Vacaville police department. Evening security will be provided

Festival is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to entrant’s property.



Vacaville Fiesta days has a no refunds policy.


Open parking - Vendors must park in the school parking lot during the event. 


Set Up

No parking or stopping is authorized in the display/exhibit/vendor area. only for set up.

Set-up is available Wednesday, September 1st, 2021

Booths must be ready for customers by the start of each day of the festival.

Space assigned based on when application are postmarked, received. Space numbers will be displayed at each vendor space. Vendors Resellers license must be available at all times.



1. Vendors are required to keep their space clean and free from hazards.

2. Vendors are responsible for removing all their garbage (boxes/trash) by the close of the Festival.

3. All items displayed/sold by the vendor must be indicated on the application.

4. All vendors’ merchandise must stay inside assigned area lines.

5. Vendors must report any potential hazards to the Craft Vendor Director.

6. Vendors are not be permitted to sell or dispose of knives, firearms, fireworks, or any item with an inherently dangerous or of a public nuisance in nature.
